Mediaworld is the wholly owned subsidiary of MRT Development Corporation or MRTDevco that is dedicated to marketing the advertising properties of MRT-3.
Who is Mediaworld?
Is MRTDevco government-owned?
MRTDevco is a privately owned company. The MRT-3 ecosystem was built & operated by the Metro Rail Transit Corp (MRTC), of which MRTDevco is handling all the commercial aspects of the MRT3 ecosystem.
Who owns the OOH advertising properties of MRT-3?
ALL assets are owned by MRTDevco.
What kind of OOH properties are under Mediaworld?
All advertising opportunities connected to the MRT-3 eco-system are under Mediaworld
- Station billboards, Digital OOH (LEDs)
- Below-the-Rail: Pole Banners, Column Banners, Center-Island Boards, Beam Billboards
- In-station (Lightboxes, LEDs, Pillar wrap)
- Train: Trainwrap, Train Interior (tube cards, hand rail)
Are there other parties marketing Mediaworld’s properties?
Yes. Other parties are allowed to market, however, all contracts will have to be with MRTDevco. Payments will also be through MRTDevco.
Does Mediaworld need to approve the Creative material?
For creative content, we defer to the approval coming from the Advertising Standards Council (ASC). All ads must carry the ASC approved code.
Can Mediaworld handle production requirements?
Yes. Mediaworld can handle the printing, installation, and dismantling for all static placements. For Digital OOH production requirements, Mediaworld will provide the technical specifications for your creative agency’s reference.
Can production be done by other parties?
Yes. All technical specifications are provided for your reference & compliance. Installation & dismantling will be handled by Mediaworld.
Is Mediaworld open to out-of-the-box creative executions?
Yes. Many creative executions have already been done.
Is Mediaworld open to creating new advertising properties?
Yes. Mediaworld is open. Please submit your letter of intent (LOI) outlining your proposal for proper evaluation.
Are the rates still negotiable?
This can be considered, especially in cases of long term placements & multiple sites booked.
Once we confirm the booking, how soon can we have our installation up?
At least 2 weeks from the time we receive the approved proofing from the client.
What happens to our exposure in case of storms and our material gets rolled down?
Mediaworld will extend the exposure corresponding number of “lost” days.
